Booking & Cost

  • Free consultation — 20 minutes by phone or video, no charge.
  • Single session — $85 (60–90 minutes).
  • Smoking / vaping cessation — $150 for a 2-session program.
  • Multi-session package — $300 for 4 sessions (save $40).
  • Anxiety Package — $150 for a 60–90 minute hypnosis session and a 60 minute education session.
